Mississippi Riverboat Travel

The American Queen is a magnificent paddleboat on the which sales the mighty Mississipi. This vessel has 222 state rooms and is 6 decks high, 418 feet in lenght and 89 feet wide. The 160 crew on board cater for the 436 guests on board offering luxury service and an experience to remember. The huge exhaust stacks can be lowered to allow the boat to go under low bridges and the 45 ton paddle wheel is powered with the help of authentic steam engines and a little help from some state of the art diesel engines.
